0-17 years old* $29/month per individual
*must have at least one guardian with membership
18-49 years old $59/month per individual
50+ years old $79/month per individual
Individual options have a one-time, nonrefundable $75 per individual enrollment fee
Family Option:
2+ adults: each adult receives $9 discount per month.
Family options have a one-time, nonrefundable $75 enrollment fee per family.
